Join me on weekly weigh ins. I have 25lb to lose & need some accountability, anyone want to have a go? I'm not dieting as such, just healthy eating & trying to move more.

I am in. I have been needing to do something different for more accountability, so I am in. I have 17 lbs to lose and I need to be healthier and I have started moving more in past 21 days but can't get those cravings under control!3

I'm having an Op tomorrow so will be less active for next few days, but knowing I'm accountable to you all, will help me not to scoff the recovery chocolates!! Week one I've lost 5lbs. 35 to go!! I do not expect to lose that every week. My diet has changed a lot since I started my new health journey.

I'm in! Thursday, August 25th. My fitness journey has begun yesterday and as expected, results are yet inconclusive. I still weigh in at a pleasantly plump 270 lbs. Further testing will be required.3
