Week one I've lost 5lbs. 35 to go!! I do not expect to lose that every week. My diet has changed a lot since I started my new health journey.

I'm in! Thursday, August 25th. My fitness journey has begun yesterday and as expected, results are yet inconclusive. I still weigh in at a pleasantly plump 270 lbs. Further testing will be required.3

I'm late to the game but I'd love to join this group effort. I have a lot more to lose than most of you. I'd love to lose 100 lbs! Even if I lose only 1 lb a week....at least it will be moving in the right direction!1

I'd like to get involved. I was at w.w for a year I did good but money is the issue. But if I have a weight in group I will be honest with myself. I think it will help me. I was 193 when I left w.w.. now I am 197.1
