I wish your twig and berries all the best. After all, it must be so hard to deal with such a rising matter!0 -
I wear spandex UnderArmor shorts and don't have any problems w/the twigs or berries -- or, should I say, the lumber and melons?
LOL!1 -
I use a stance in between sumo and regular and have never had an issue.0

There is a boob thread?! I love boobs!2

My bar is about 7.5' long. Or did you mean the girth? It's about 27mm...black zinc shaft. I know that's your favorite. Nice knurling for maximum friction too.8 -
This gave me morning chuckles
Ladies, you surpass yourselves...well done
Snurk1 -
Compression shorts, tucking, sumo deadlifts.0

I love when MFP comes together like butt cheeks.9

Cold shower/swim before deadlifting???1

I like compression shorts to help keep the junk tucked, but I ain't swinging porn package so you just might be luckily unlucky there.0

I deadlift weekly and have not ever had the problem. Are you hitting with bar or what? Feet a little over shoulder width? I never wear underwear so maybe it's just hanging more free?? Today is back day, I will pay closer attention!0

I'm pleased that you managed to call them three different things in that short of a post.2

I'm just in here to learn some new words for penis and balls. Also, I always like seeing what the big deal is when someone says they only want answers from a specific sex. Good luck with your junk.2

I keep a narrow stance for conventional DLs and have had this problem before. Now it's just part of my setup to be sure that my rod is positioned in a way that it won't be compromised during the lift. As for balls, my wife keeps those so I haven't had to worry about them in years.11

To be fair, she may have a jug for each3 -
I thought purses were the testicular storage standard?0

Just wait until you are doing shrugs with 500+ on the bar. If you're lucky, it'll just kind of ride over the bar. If you're not...ugh.0

I was blessed with super long arms so at lockout, the bar is about 2in lower. Hope you find something that works for ya! Maybe UA compression briefs?0

Just a thank you to all for this thread and making me laugh out loud while stuck at work on this Friday night/Saturday morning. It made all the bad stuff go away.0
