    Went to the Dr. this morning, and since I began seeing him I have lost 225 pounds! The most exciting news I got was that my blood pressure was down to a healthy range of 118/72!!!

    Thanks, I definitely have had my share of plateaus. I've just had to focus and keep pushing through. They eventually break. I will be checking in to surgery once I hit goal. I'd like to lose another 50 pounds or so. Not sure I will be able to afford it, but I will make it happen one way or the other :)
