Want to start a Burpee challenge for the month of September... What is a good goal? 1,500 = 50 day too much?

I was thinking 10 when I first get out of bed, 30 as an afternoon workout, and 10 before bed... 50 seems doable???1

One of my pals and I just started doing 5 min of burpees a day. 50 is doable.1

I'm in! My trainer loves these and every couple of months she throws in 110 burpees along with some TRX in my 60 minute session! Hate doing them, but love the after burn and total body workout!1

I make no promises, but.. Seems like a lofty goal, dang sure worth a try.1

Think Burpees were invented by a Nazi Physical Trainer trying to impress Adolf.

I agree, we must hold ourselves accountable. I also agree that people cheat...
Hopefully, all those that are in can be honest with themselves for 30 short days. It will be hard and perhaps painful, but on Oct 1st we will all say dammmmmmn!
I plan to post on my timeline each night after my last burpee, thoughts?

I'm not worried about myself. I'm talking about the people who SAY they do them but don't. Like the people who skip them during Spartan races.
Really they will only be cheating themselves!! Just worry about yourself and no one else.
