    I am so sorry for being MIA. Between this chest cold and gallstones I feel like I am being beat up. I tried to get a mile in this morning but just couldn't. I got a 1/4 mile I think. Thankfully my surgery is Friday as long as this cold clears up. As soon as I am cleared I will hit this wide open. I am getting these miles in before Christmas.

    Thank you. I think it will be ok to have it done. It feels like it is breaking up. It's a lot easier to breath this morning any way. A little weezing but I have four days all should be well.

    Oh, this sounds like fun! Can I join late?

    My current weight is 86.4 kg (= 190.5 lbs), and my first goal weight is 80 kg (=176.3 lbs). Seeing as there's 15 weeks left until Christmas, that would work out to a little less than half a kilo (or about a pound) a week, which sounds doable.

    My university and appartment are about 90 kms away from my parents and grandparents, let's see what I can do with that number. I walk about 5-10 kms a day according to my fitbit, so.. let's say I'll go for 90 kms walking and/or running every two weeks. We'll see how it goes.

    Thank you....just realised my "distance to go" should be 510.2km...81.9km is wishful thinking lol!

    My surgery went well yesterday. The surgeon said I can start exercising in 3-4 weeks.

    I just wanted to check in with you all. I do walk around the house and up and down the side walk in front of my house but not to much I do it til I am tired or out of breath. I am not taking to the bed just taking it easy and watching my calories.
