Which calories should I count??? Active or total calories??

    Active. Total calories include the calories you would have burned sitting on the couch watching tv.

    Those are already included in your TDEE calculations....

    I always count Active.

    Why not sync it to MFP and then you don't have to do anything?

    This is my record for my walking (adjusted by iwatch) but i logged my yoga separatly... If not.. How do I do it?
    And if that.. How di I log it, active calories o total calories?

    I usually go by active calories.
