Active. Total calories include the calories you would have burned sitting on the couch watching tv.
Those are already included in your TDEE calculations....1 -
I always count Active.1

This is my record for my walking (adjusted by iwatch) but i logged my yoga separatly... If not.. How do I do it?
And if that.. How di I log it, active calories o total calories?
