1400 cal a day and 100-120g of protein a day. I do it by a Premier Protein shake is 160 cal & 30g protien, I also drink Isopure Protein drinks 160 cal & 40g Protein. You can also use Genpro protein powder and add it to whatever food or drink you want and it is lower cal.

Adding protein powder to sweet recipes has really been helping me. Before the latest time I reduced my calories I wasn't being mindful of my protein at all. Then when I went to drop my calories I figured I lower my protein intake even more just by default of having less food. But then I played around with my macros a found that I can keep my carbs near 200 gram (which I personally need to feel full) and get 70 grams of protein. I can't believe I had been getting 30 gram of protein a day (or less) when I was eating more and not caring. Finally getting adequate protein (while being higher in carbs) has been such an improvement.

I just made these vegan protein pancakes yesterday (4 ingredients). It has almost 30 gram of protein.

This vegan chocolate oatmeal smoothie is awesome too. This has almost 30 grams of protein. The calories on this are a little high so if you took out hemp seeds (and even the oatmeal) you'd still have a high protein filling smoothie for very few calories. But I get less calories than you and find the full recipe super filling.

There's also good ole beans and rice. If you use quinoa and instead of rice that will boost your protein up even more. I think this meatless chili is insane. It's low in fat so you get a good volume of food for the calories. You can add a bunch of veggies to the mix for added nutition but when I'm lazy I do not add any veggies. Just beans, grains, sauce and spices will make this dish complete.

Unless MFP's calculations are wrong (i havent looked into it ywt) i found that popcorn has a good amount of protein in it - like more than the grass-fed beef i had the same day. It has carbs but is low cal, u can eat a lot, the fiber will help fill you & per the MFP calculations the protein far out-weighs the amount of calories.
