lets start off saying im not human lol i never said it was only green tea extract powder it was a combo of suplements and exercise and cant leave out eating right, lol this is what helped me get into the single digits, you guys are to much lol
Okay, if female and 190lbs at 6% body fat, I'm not thinking supplements. Lenda Murray (10 Miss Olympia) comes dialed in at 153lbs...................and is on steroids. Heck a male at 5'10" and 190lbs NATURAL at 6% would be tough. So guessing now you're a male.

I'm also guessing that he's not 6% BF at 190 lbs. If he truly is, he should have plenty of photos to share from the bodybuilding contests he's obviously won.

If I was hypothetically 6% BF at 190 lbs., there's no way I'd be giving all the credit to some tea powder with a bunch of magic fairy dust mixed into it. I'd be taking full credit for the many, many hours and years I spent working my butt off in the gym and getting my diet dialed in. Because you don't get to those kind of stats on magic fairy dust.

Right?? I don't get why anyone would want to credit some random supplement with their success rather than be proud of achieving something on their own.

6% at 190 lbs. is a contest-ready bodybuilder, just add spray tan and a banana hammock. Ain't nobody walking around every day with those stats.
190lbs NATURAL bodybuilder at 6% at that. Most natty's barely break between 160lbs-180lbs cut and dry.

If you're swapping out full calorie soda for green tea, it'll help by reducing your caloric intake.

The problem is that green tea (extract or whatever) doesn't help with weight loss. That's a fact. It may have helped you stay motivated or stay hydrated, but it helps no one lose weight. I eat tootsie pops while I'm working out. It keeps me fueled and I like it. Does that mean they helped me lose weight? No.
