    3 turkey sausage links
two eggs with 28 grams of triple shredded cheese
    flour tortilla
    (34g protein)

I will say that upping my protein intake definitely has me feeling a lot fuller, and when I start my day off with a lot of protein for breakfast (around 8am), I'm not really hungry until around 1.

Just thought I'd note that in case someone is struggling with hunger and hasn't tried eating more protein :) .

100% agree! I usually don't eat until about 9:30 and am full until at least 1:00, if not later.
