1.8 miles ~~~~ I took yesterday off completely. It had been a very long week (even tho' it was a four day workweek) because I started a new job which came with its own stress plus I was on my feet almost the entire time. The fact that it was also the 15th anniversary of 9/11 and all that has happened since that horrific day was very sobering as well. Lots of reflection going on yesterday.
