wow I like this ! I eat my breakfast at work so I am always looking out for stuff like this. Thanks !
When do you people do any work?! :)

I'm a campaigner for waking up 15 minutes earlier for a simple breakfast before going out. Just amazed at how many of my co-workers bring their breakfast stuff to work, and many buy food from sales vans which visit our place.
Because I get up at around 6am and I'm not hungry then. So I eat it when I am ready to which is usually around 8 am. Plus I HATE mornings and do not want to get up any earlier than need be. My work is fine with us eating at our desks as long as you are still working - we have a little kitchen maybe 5 second walk from our desks. Weekdays I usually eat brekky 7.45- 8 am. This is what works for me and I know it may not work for someone else.

Not sure if anyone suggested it or not, but protein powder shake or variation of one. No meat, but plenty of protein. You can get low carbs by doing small add ins. For instance instead of water use light vanilla almond milk, fat free or 1% milk, if you get vanilla powder you can add in fruits for flavor. The options are pretty much endless.

@TonyB0588 I cant speak for them but I work 12hr shifts as an emergency responder. So I'm usually eating 2 or 3 of my main meals (plus snacks) at work. Id rather have fresh food at my house too but sometimes that 15min of sleep or 15min with the kids is a much preferred option. :) That being said, I try to prep my food at home if im taking it to work because as im sure anyone else on this journey can agree......eating out becomes quite expensive and nutritionally taxing.

Okayyy!! Fully appreciate your situation with the 12hr shifts.
