Over in calories

I eat healthy stuff most of my food is vegetables and protein and some carbs, but I always go over in calories. I train for a living so I'm on the move a lot for most the day, I don't know if since it all healthy that it's still bad.

    If you eat knee hour energy balance you will gain weight. Doesn't matter the source.

    How are you calculating your caloric needs? If you eat more calories than your body needs, you'll gain some weight. How is your body reacting to eating more calories during the day?

    I gain I lose its a up down if I don't eat I get headaches something

    Sounds like you're eating near maintenance levels then.
