    I've lost 27 lbs in the past 3.5 months doing Keto with regular exercise. It's a tough lifestyle to adapt to, especially in social situations when opportunities to cheat are more abundant. I rarely hit my macros, but my progress hasn't stalled yet. My best tip is to drink plenty of water daily. It really helps curb the cravings.

    i am trying to stay under 40g carbs... it is very hard! but it is showing results

    I stay under 20g most of the time. This is my third week. I have times the scale stays the same but I am eating so much better. I am down 14.4 pounds and I am happy about that. I am about to start working out more and I hope that will help me lose more weight. I have to stay motived. I still have moments I want to eat everything lol.
