Hey everyone!! It's been seven months since ive started with myfitnesspal and let me tell you it has been an amazing journey! BUT, its not over yet! In total ive lost about 60 pounds. My first goal was to get down to 160. Today i weigh in at 154. I am now working on building muscle and cutting fat. I have a long way to go but i started out somewhere just like you!
