I would recommend getting that checked out by your doc. Fainting and dizziness after not eating for a few hours are not normal and are pretty concerning symptoms ...1

Its not because of hunger. Hours of NOT eating, actual hunger, can make you feel faint. Not a few hours AFTER eating. Id definitely mention this to your Dr.2
