I'm at 183.3 so about 1/2 lb a week Gain over the course of about 16 weeks thinking about just turning this into long bulk through Feb then do a slow 16 week cut with a refeed once a week- Will keep calories 2800-3200 with a 4000 calorie day once a week through FEB then remove 250-400 calories for cut March to june0
