Weight loss and alcohol

Putting it very simply yes you can drink alcohol and lose weight. The question is how much alcohol do you drink. If you're going to do 5 - 10 beers a day on a Saturday or Sunday yeah that's going to screw you up badly but if you have one or two and you could can fit it into your caloric goals you'll still be able to lose weight.
To give you a perspective. January 1st 2016 my weight was 288 pounds. At the end of March my weight was 250 pounds and I went on A 4 day mini vacation. Two to three days out of that trip I probably drank my calorie limit. Got back from vacation cut down the beer and alcohol. Summer came and I still have beers at the beach. My current weight is 208 pounds. All I'm saying everything in moderation.0
