Hi MFPers
Just wanted to know if anybody who has shared their stories on here from maybe a few months or years back would like to post an update about how you're going, are you still progressing or have you stalled or fallen off the wagon altogether?
If you have been able to keep off the weight, what advice could you offer on how you managed to sustain that success? I love reading all about everybody's triumphs against the odds, and despite all of life's challenges. Be interesting to read how everybody has fared![:) :)](https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/resources/emoji/smile.png)

I've shared my story within some threads here.
Hit a peak weight in January 2015.
Joined MFP in February 2015.
Lost enough weight to be back within my normal BMI range by June 2015.
Decided to try for more and dropped to a weight I haven't seen since about 2004 ... the weight I was from the time I was in my late teens until about 2004. I reached that weight in about early November 2015.
Lost: 25 kg/55 lbs.
And I've been maintaining since. So ... almost a year now.
In 2016, my focus changed from weight loss to my love, cycling. And I've been cycling up a storm! Back into the long distance cycling I especially love.
While I wouldn't mind losing a few more kg (3-5, maybe) I am in the lower half of my normal BMI range and I found that if my focus was going to be long distance cycling, I actually needed to eat at maintenance in order to do that. So for now, that's what I'm doing.
