I am always sucked into these enquetes - I love to see what others buy and think, but I'm never able to give an direct answer myself, always wanting to give it a try, though, never grasping how detailed or concrete I'm supposed to be.
If I were to list the single items I always or almost always buy in any given week, it would be milk, broccoli and onions. But I always buy an assortment of fruit and vegetables, too, and whatever I need to make dinner, and whatever staples I'm running out of.0 -

I think the only thing I could say that we buy every week would be beer and wine.1 -
Cilantro, eggs, milk. Everything else varies based on what's in season/on sale and what I'm feeling like.0
-
Trader Joe's Peanut Butter & Jelly yogurt.1
-
I run through eggs and spinach like nobody's business.1

Milk, eggs, chicken, or beef or pork or fish to cook for the week. Rice bread. One fresh fruit to have as a snack

My list is a bit dependent on the season and whether the mister is at home or away (currently away for the next four weeks so its just me). Frequent purchases include:
- Black swan greek style yoghurt
- eggs
- cheese - light sliced, laughing cow or babybel light
- skim milk
- rolled oats
- frozen berries (less so at the moment as strawberries are in season)
- fruit - currently mandarins and strawberries, bananas if I feel like smoothies for breakfast
- veggies - almost always zucchini, carrot, cherry tomatoes, broccoli. Often capsicum, mushrooms, cauliflower, onion, avocado, baby spinach.
- salad - pre-prep coleslaw or shredded veg (no dressing)
- meat - one of chicken thighs, salmon or pork fillet
- or lentils (dry, for dahl)
- brown rice
- Sirena tuna in chilli oil
Plus less frequent stuff like bread, flour, nuts, seeds, pasta or polenta, sweet stuff like lamingtons or timtams, coffee, herbal tea, frozen peas, chickpeas, lentils, coconut milk, ryvita or other crackers.1 -

Salad greens
Tomatoes
Baby carrots
Deli turkey
Pre-sliced cheese (real cheese, not Kraft singles)
Chicken
Small pork chops
Low-cal snacky stuff -- popchips, rice cakes, etc.
Laughing Cow or light cream cheese
Light English muffins
Sandwich thins
Frozen broccoli
Greek yogurt or cottage cheese
I round these out with whatever's on sale, in season, and/or looks really good. I usually have some type of berry, a bag of apples in fall/winter or peaches in spring/summer, a couple artichokes if they're in season, summer or winter squashes, assorted frozen vegetables, hummus or avocados (to make guacamole), ham slices or turkey bacon, whatever raw veggies are cheap, some kind of seafood, and some alternate proteins (turkey burgers, tofu, small steaks). Every couple of months I have to replenish condiments (yogurt dressing for salads, salsas, mustard, light mayo, cooking spray) and spices. It sounds like a boring list but I like it because I can assemble and cook this stuff in a million different ways without changing my calorie intake drastically.0 -
Aldi gluten free wraps (I use them for so much)0
