Hi guys,
I'm looking to make new friends here who would be interested in taking a look at my daily food dairy and kicking my *kitten* if I'm messing up and pigging out!! And also encouraging me and congratulating me when I do well haha! And also can just give good advice about healthy food choices.

And, if you're having that much trouble sticking to your way of eating, then you need to find an approach that works for you for the rest of your life. There's no need to go crazy-low calories or cut out all of your favourite foods. Yes, chocolate can be apart of weight loss.1 -
