I'm not sure how people can argue with results. I think a lot of people are stuck in the, 'This is the only way to lose weight/get fit...' type of thinking. It worked for you, congrats! I actually know someone that swears by IIFYM and has great results. I tried it but it didn't work for me as well as it did him, but that's not to say it won't for others. Again, congrats!5
