If you like it and stay within your calorie limit then it is a good idea.2

I find it a real treat in morning and in a way keeps cravings for that kind of stuff away during the day.1

I don't see a problem but I prefer to mix it up. I eat oatmeal with fruit most weekdays and eggs and bacon on the weekends or if I am tired of oatmeal. I think the oatmeal helps keep my cholesterol down too.0

That is true some mornings I will. I love soda bread and cheese but not healthy lol0

Mmmm bacon. You could switch to turkey bacon to save some calories and fat.0

Hmm tasty pig skin!0

Yea it is great. I have it sliced up and in pan with no oil and get it crispy than chuck in two eggs and scramble for minute then on a bit of toast with no butter or nothing. It's fantastic. Plus a mug of black tea along with it with the tea bag left in to make it stronger.1

Not Kosher, so I don't eat it0

I eat bacon everyday. Three slices and two fried or scrambled eggs is the perfect breakfast for me.2

You can get turkey bacon everywhere around HERE, but maybe not everywhere. I agree - it's really good. To me, it tastes very similar to bacon, but is more forgiving for a not-so-great cook - it's less inclined to get that burnt, crunchy texture.0

Fave Weekend breakfast: 2 soft-boiled eggs + 2 slices thick cut bacon (chopped), mashed together in a bowl. Keeps my hunger away til afternoon.0

No! Turkey bacon is sad. And it's not that much lower in calories as people think. One strip of center cut regular bacon is about 35 calories.6
