Honestly believing in myself, knowing it's something I CAN do, seeing and feeling the results, and enjoying doing it - they all keep me going. Also, the numerous pictures I've seen where I didn't think I was fat when I clearly was. Talk about motivation!!3

I've been both lean, healthy, and fit and then fat and out of shape and incapable, and now lean, healthy, and fit again...having been on both sides of the fence, I prefer this one. On top of that, I have an uphill battle against some nasty hereditary stuff...challenge accepted!
I came into this four years ago with some really nasty blood work...like inside I was 65 rather than 38...getting my *kitten* together has corrected most things but I'm still hopeful to get my blood pressure under control through diet and exercise...I also found out that my uric acid levels are high due in large part to the diuretic I was on for my hypertension...I'm hoping with getting off of that and some tweaks to my already pretty good diet that I can overcome both of those things.
I have two boys, 6 and 4 and I want to be around awhile...not to mention I want to travel the world with my wife when we retire...sounds better than a hospital bed.3 -

I plan on being smoking hot
and I want to see how good of shape I can get into and I'm going on a cruise in October (reason for being smoking hot) and i want to be able to eat and drink without having to think of ruining my smoking hot status2 -

If you want *Kittens* charisma and confidence are more important than looking good naked(Although for truckloads you're gonna wanna shotgun effect that).
What drives me is showing off to everybody else. It's not deep or profound but that's what started my journey. What keeps me going though when vanity isn't enough is the example I'm setting for my daughter. If I give up on myself and I don't love myself and she wants to be just like me then where's she going to be in 15years? If I work hard, look M.I.L.F. and am really happy & well balanced she'll work for those things. She'll fufill her wildest dreams all awesome like! I can eat right and run myself into the ground with exercise everyday to see that in 15 years it's worth it to me even when it sucks maybe especially then.1 -

Being a hot wife for my husband
Living a long, happy and healthy life, for me 2
