Diet coke

I pretty much only drink water, 1 coffee in the morning to awaken myself, was looking diet coke and it's only 2 calories? Opinions? I find it hard to believe it is, considering it seems full of sweeteners etc just seriously bored of just drinking water.

Diet soda is full of "fake" sugar ( sweetners) which is just as bad as sugar! Try coconut water or seltzer0

If you're not sensitive to artificial sweeteners there's nothing wrong with an occasional diet coke. I love diet coke and coke zero just doesn't do it for me.
However, if you're just looking for flavour change now and again and don't care about artificial sweetners nor the fizz, go with something like mio where you can regulate how much flavour you get.0 -

As you can see, you will get responses from both sides of the spectrum. I drink it and I haven't died yet. That's about all I have for scientific evidence. Like everything else, all things in moderation will have no negative effects. I drink one or 2 a day and all is fine. Good luck.0

They just didn't have the means to diagnose what it is. There are a lot of diseases out there that have been around for centuries. The advancement in medicines makes it easier to diagnose.0 -
