    This is my "climbing" playlist. I got it on my ipod shuffle. It runs for like 90 minutes. I climb for that 90 minutes and typically get 2000 feet vertical and a 1300 calorie burn. When I am really ambitious I will run it for several iterations until the battery runs out. I generally lose several pounds when I do that. That is water weight but somehow still gratifying to see a scale movement during the course of a workout. Track 13 is some band called the Nash Ramblers. I have never found their music published anywhere. Don't know how I got it but a 10:42 track at the end of a playlist is a real gut buster.
