    Pretty. It reminds me of a painting I saw at an art fair. It was like $500 and I wasn't able to buy it, but I've been looking for a print of it ever since without luck. Googling "orange tree painting" is pointless. Thousands of results, none I want.

    Nope, no compliment. Another male coworker said about my sweater that it looked like one of my husband's. Men can be so dumb. (NOT all, clearly, but definitely SOME.)

    A couple years ago, we saw this necklace in a store in a small town. It was a silver rectangle with the word Pasayten cut out, and a moon over a dead, leafless tree. It was beautiful, and captured our experiences in the Pasayten Wilderness perfectly. But I wasn't paying $200 for it. Well, somebody else did. And I haven't been able to forget it; it was simple, but perfect. Haven't been able to find anything like it since. I feel your pain.
