Hello! I'm Trish ...no relation to the username but I was half an hour trying to find a unique username. I'm 47 and starting to feel my unhealthy lifestyle habits catching up with me and I want to start exercising and eating healthier. I've been on this journey before and felt lots better but slipped and struggled to get back on the wagon.
I put a weight goal in but more interested in achieving improved circulation, improved energy levels and being able to breathe more easily (asthmatic ex-smoker). I chose my weight goal to be what my weight was when I was last eating healthily and exercising regularly even though it's a few kilos above what I'd need for a <25 BMI.
I cook mainly from scratch so entering lots of recipe details on here is going to be a bit time-consuming but I'm sure people get used to it.
I like exercising but have to start off super slow, as I have to my wheezy detriment discovered.

Mr Trish and I have an online cookbook but we haven't uploaded any recipes in ages. It's here: http://teahouse11.uk/ - it's changed domains a few times and the internet munches some of the photos on it each time so please bear in mind. Happily amateur :) and probably the recipes on there are waaaaay unhealthy so I'm hoping to think up some more appropriate ones.
