:) I'm Tanya, I need to lose 150 lbs I've lost 25 kept off ten and my body is changing and getting strong but I have some issues. 2 bad knees which cause pain. Even though I do like the elliptical. Then I have problems staying strictly on my healthy clean eating. Sometimes I binge.. I eat when emotional. I really feel like my life will be horrible until I change. I'd like to find people who would be willing to keep in touch so I don't quit. I need support I have no one. Thanks for reading!Good luck!!

    What helped me 'stay on track' was simply logging into MFP once a day. Sometimes just to browse the community, sometimes just to 'check over' my diary. This routine helped me keep an eye on my goal and stopped me wanting to over-eat. You can do this.
