    Work in progress, but band size is down from 36 to 34, and won't go any lower, I'm pretty sure. I'd love my cup size to reduce to the point where I could buy bras from all the mainstream ranges that only go up to either D or DD. I don't know if it will, though.

    Despite being smaller, they are now more prominent, due to less belly fat.

    I went down 2 band sizes from 44/46 depending on the bra to a 40. For me the cup size really depends on the bra style.

    Mine are smaller, for sure. I'm more sad about my fat booty getting smaller, though. I've been targeting it with strength training trying to build it back up.
