Sounds awesome.
And yes - please post in the 600cals or less. BAAAAHAHAHAHAHA0 -
I have made something similar, but instead of sausage I used extra lean ground beef, chicken or turkey cooked with some spices. And instead of 2 cans of mushroom soup, I used 1 can mixed with 1 cup of light sour cream. I used a light mix of cheese also. This brought the calories down somewhat & my grandkids loved it too!0

I will be making this, this weekend..for sure.0

Here is a low-cal version:
1. Prepare as directed EXCEPT steam some cauliflower also.
2. When serving, put only the cauliflower on your plate and eat that instead.
3. Never EVER try to make a low-cal version of this delicious goodness again.0 -

I used to live in a trailer and thought the comment was funny.0 -
In our Illinois home we had Mom's Tater Tot Casserole like this:
1 lb ground beef, cooked and drained, pressed into the bottom of a baking dish,
then a layer of tater tots to cover it evenly,
then 1 can of Campbell's cheddar cheese soup spread evenly on top of everything.
Some times she'd add a bag of frozen mixed veggies to the beef after it was cooked. Yum!0 -
