Probably going to cut down to 115 and then start a lean bulk, probably back up to 120.

    I'm 5'5 maybe 5'6 on a good day.
    Sw 217
    Cw 215
    Goal weight 140ish
The number isn't quite as important as feeling good about myself. I just want to be comfortable in my own skin again

    5'4 3/4"
    SW: 174
    Original Goal Weight: 140
    CW: 121
    GW: 120-125

BUT: it's more about body composition than scale readings. I'm progressively lifting, so if I put on 5-12 more lbs (hopefully which includes some muscle), then I would be really happy with that.

The best of inspiration to you!! Happy to help support and cheer you on.

My personal journey began in 2011 after emergency surgery and medications made me depressed and the weight piled on..

Remember slow and steady loss stays off and becomes life style change. You got this!! :)

Keep in mind muscle weighs more than fat... I weigh more than I did in my 20's and in better physical shape because of being toned. You can be a "skinny" weight and look less toned and healthy than someone who weighs more than you.

Best wishes in your goal to be a more healthy you!!

Hi! I'm 5'5.5, and I've started my MFP journey just over a year ago. My diary is open, and happy to add new members for support! I'm UK based and 41 years old.

    SW 185
    CW 149
GW not sure - 140ish? I don't mind what I look like now, and I'm within the healthy BMI range, but I wouldn't mind losing a bit more. I also don't mind how long it takes to get there as long as I don't regain.

I am very stocky - wide hips, short limbs (trouser inseam about 29 inches), and I have large boobs (UK size 32GG) - so I don't think going much lower in weight would suit my body shape.

Hi all! Finally a thread for 5'5 people!

    26 y/o female
    SW: 191
    CW: 148
    GW: 140 maybe 130 ish???

But my stomach is still quite large so not sure if 140 should be my ultimate goal weight or if I should aim to lose 10 more pounds there after. I dont want to get small. I am in a healthy weight range currently which I am happy about but the battle still isnt over.

I'm 36, 5'5" and my stats are as follows:

I've been on mfp since spring 2015, but didn't get serious till spring of this year.

    SW March 2016: 168
    CW: 146 - 148
GW: 130 - 135 not really sure cause all I really care about is losing this dang belly. I need to get back into going to the gym and lifting weights again because I know that will help. Not sure where I will find the time now that I'm working though. I guess I will have to take time out of my precious weekends to do it at least twice a week. All of you feel free to add me!

If its still open, I'm in!
    I'm 5'5. 48 yrs.

    SW: 183
    CW: 179
Phase 1 GW: 170 (by December)
    GW: 145-150

I'm hoping if I just focus on each "phase" as I'm in it, I won't burn out/get too discouraged.
Also, trying not to eat after 7/7:30pm!

    5' 5.5" and 34
SW 307 (possibly more, it was my last recorded weight)
    CW 206
GW 150-165, not sure. If 150 is easy to maintain and I like the way I look I will stay there, otherwise I will regain some until maintenance is tolerable and my look is what I have in mind
