Same here. Ice cold water always - unless we're talking about hot water that's been filtered through coffee grounds, that's a gift straight from heaven!3 -

Regardless of the temperature you drink it at, your body will make it body temperature. Drink whichever you prefer.5 -

Warm water is no better for health than tepid or cold water. Soap and water clean your skin, and your organs have their own built-in cleaning system.
I don't understand what glade means. Or, did you mean glad?1 -

How? Do you resources to back this up? Scientific ones? How does it 'clean up' the organs, exactly?
It doesn't matter what temperature the water you drink is. The temperature of the water changes to body temperature as soon as you drink it.1 -

Don't believe everything just because it is on the internet and can be searched.there is SO much woo out there. If I believed everything on Google, cats would be aliens..
Count calories for weight loss. Some of us have tried fad diets and woo recipes like the one you posted and found they didn't work at all. Some here work in the science field and can confirm that woo has no place in weight loss.
Just gonna leave this here.....
I knew it! I could never quite explain why my overlords always sent me to work while they lounged around the house, then demand attention and food as soon as I return.3
