Want my shape back!

I’m 26, 5’3” and 132 135 139 140 lbs. It's a progression of my weight since high school. My BMI is ALMOST overweight, and I don't want to cross that border.

I don’t eat much and constantly (mostly) watch my diet, but every smallest trifele stores on my stomach (and thighs) and doesn’t go away.

I’ve been pretty lazy lately (last few years). I like to bike, swim, hike and so on. In theory/past. In practice I even avoid stairs if there's an elevator.

Yeh, I've lost my shape.

I want it back.
