Different Macro Ratios

Everyone's macros are going to be different based on their stats and goals. For example, when I had the 40lbs to lose, I only ate around .8g of protein per bodyweight which meant I ate more carbs and fats. Now that I'm maintaining, I'm eating at 1g (I've actually upped this) so I'm eating much less carbs and fats. It's not a one size fits all process and what works best for someone else, will not work the same for you. Everyone's body is different.0
