Keto day 5

So since I started 5 days ago I've made 3 mistakes. The first mistake was not setting my calorie intake goal high enough. Second mistake was setting my fat intake too high and lastly my 3rd mistake was eating a snack size bag of pretzels. My 3rd mistake was the one that hurt my feelings the most.(smile). I actually thought that I had stumbled upon another snack option besides sugar free jello(whichI absolutely love by the way). But trial and error will make me great. I'm happy and motivated. Although my goal here is to lose this unwanted 50lbs that I carelessly put on in the last 5yrs; I've been thinking of some new goals to add to my lonely list of things I want to accomplish and get out of this experience in the long run.

I'm Keto myself and have lost 45 lbs since March and I feel wonderful!
Congrats on recognizing you are learning still and for trying to find better options for snacks. (I like sugar free pudding myself) But there are absolutely amazing options for food and overall it's better to choose higher fat options as a snack if you are hungry. Over time most of us tend to feel full faster with fats.
I would recommend that you not worry about eating your fat to your goal though unless you are hungry. So carbs at or under goal, mod protein and fat to keep you feeling satiated.

^^^^ This, especially the group, they have a link to some of the best keto info from all over the web.
My go too snack is chocolate fat bombs. Google fat bombs to find a wealth of other options that are high fat and low carbs.
