New to MFP, but not to a weight loss journey

Hi! I'm a woman in my 40s and I'd like to loose 80+ pounds. I have type 1 diabetes and it can make loosing weight more of a challenge, but I won't let it defeat me. I was 290 pounds and got down to 145. I maintained for a while, but bad habits returned and I gave up. Now I'm back up to 223 and starting over. It would be nice to have support for my new journey.
