Disheartened

Hi I've been tracking my food for 10 weeks now and lost 1st 9lbs.but I started at 23st 8lbs.it started well but now I'm only losing 1lb a week.ive dropped my calories from 3200 Cals a day to 2600 and still hasn't made a difference

1 lb a week is a good, safe rate.
If you don't like your progress, do more heavy weight training with compound lifts.
You will build more muscle which may help you burn more fat.3 -
You are 330 299 pounds (putting that up there for people who aren't familiar with stones.)
How long have you been eating 2600 calories? I do believe that you can lose at a faster rate and would suggest dropping your calories again.1 -

You lost 23 lbs in 10 weeks - that is great! You are losing weight at a healthy rate, and doing a great job at it.
I agree with @jemhh as well. You need to have MFP recalculate your calorie goal as you lose weight, since we need less calories as we get lighter.
Don't be disheartened. It's not a race.1
