What is your weakest lift??

Naturally you're more likely to Squat more than you Bench, and Deadlift more than you Squat, but overall, what do you consider to be your weakest lift?
In my case it's got to be the Overhead Press. My current 5RM is 125lbs w/ barbell, and progress is a bear.

I'm with you on that one lol0 -
Lat pull downs, im just not ergonomicaly built0

Well I'm around "novice" on bench press and DL but close to "intermediate" on OHP and squat based on this
http://www.strstd.com/
I think I'm weaker on DL because my hip bursitis sets me back on that one more so than on squatting (I've had to take the past 2 weeks off DLs but squats have been fine, for example) and I'm weaker on BP because I started it quite a bit later. Over head pressing and squatting are also the lifts that I always look forward to doing the most But, yea, it takes me forever to move up on weight on OHP too.0 -
Yeah, strict OHP makes me so mad. I feel pretty good about myself on everything else, and then I feel like a little b!tch when it comes to those. I'm not so great at snatches either (it's just an awkward motion for me), but I'm getting better.0

Def would be OHP... Very little progression in the last 9 weeks.0
-
I struggle with anything that isolates the shoulders. Very stubborn muscles for me.0
-
Definitely OHP...no question.0
-
Definitely over head press. I failed with the bar my first time. LOL I think I only did 5/4/3/3/4 or something. It was bad.0
-
OHP by a mile. I hate that lift so much.0
-
well since i tore my tricep and tendon off my left arm i'd have to say any lift requiring 2 hands!!!!!! lol...... had major surgery, my cast comes off in only 2 more hrs!!!!!!!!! :glasses:0
-
My squat for sure. It's a work in progress0
-
OHP is my weakest.0

Anything to do with my hamstrings. I keep pulling them. Then they have to recover, and don't exercise em again for a bit and back to square one.0

QFT. I hate it. I haven't been able to increase mine in like two months. I'm stuck, and I hate it!!0 -

Hey I started with 25 lbs and couldn't complete 5x5!0 -
OHS! My mobility won't allow too much.0

OHP is my lowest weight (70lbs) but I feel good doing them. I'm benching 90lbs but it ALWAYS feels really, really hard. So I'll say that bench is my weakest lift.0
-
Bench press - 600+ squat, but just broke 270 on bench. Too much work on throwing, not enough lifting.0
-
I bench more than I overhead press, but my bench is weaker.0
-
OHP for me, too--stubborn progress!0
-
Bicep curls. Man I've been cursed genetically with weak biceps :-(. Ironically OHP is a strong exercise for me. My shoulders and triceps are always ok.0

If you are talking PL comp lifts then I think everyone who doesn't use a multiplier will say bench press If you are benching more than you are squatting or deadlifting (and not injured) there is something wrong!
And yes, OHP will be weaker again because of smaller muscles used.
PL lifts: Weakest is bench at only 1.15x BW. I squat 2.5x and DL 3x so bench is lagging. (also had a shoulder injury that wasn't lifting related)0 -

Interesting link!
My numbers on OHP are lower than my bench, but they say my bench is my weakest lift:
Bench, just below novice
OHP - Novice
Squat and deadlift - intermediate
I'm doing 5x5 now to increase my numbers :happy:0 -
Strict OHP or just a regular push press above your head?0

OHP for me.0
-
I have two: deadlifts (sill novice level at 105# according to http://www.strstd.com/ ), and Bench press (also novice level at 65#).
I have nerve damage that causes grip strength issues for the DL and my upper body is just not there yet. Still working it!!0 -
Pendlay rows. Every time I get over 100 lbs, my form falls apart and I get a shoulder twinge.
OHP - least amount of weight, but between advanced and elite on the strength standards site. That's regular OHP; no push press. I know my OHP strength is unusually high and I love it.
Bench - smack in the middle of Intermediate and Advanced
Squat - just over Advanced
DL - Intermediate, 3/4 of the way to Advanced0 -
Strict OHP or just a regular push press above your head?
Basically strict OHP, though with split leg to alleviate back pressure. Also, I could just as easily bring the bar to my chest but I keep it at about an inch above to protect my shoulders (bad left shoulder).0 -

Nerve damage is nasty stuff, are you trying a switch grip?0
