Feel free to add me too. I track every day. My diet is pretty repetitive but I am having great results with what I am eating. I am intentionally being repetitive because I have spent SO SO SO MUCH of my life food obsessed that I'm trying to make food a source of sustenance as opposed to pleasure. Trying to find pleasure in other things in life. With a mostly repetitive diet, I don't have to think about what I'm going to eat or fantasize about it.. it just is.0
