    Reaching your goal is not time to stop. You must continue with the plan and keep using the new habits that you have learned. Change this and you will slip back. Take it from someone who did! Don't go back to eating the old way which is the way that caused you to be heavier.

    For me it never stops. If I dont log and excercise consistently then I KNOW that I will fall back into my old ways. I have accepted that logging will always be something I do. Some people say they can't imagine tracking calories everyday and I say to them that I can't imagine being obese everyday - I spent way too much time being that for way too long so no going back for this gal!
