Hai!
I'm in the second week of my Zero Carb lifestyle. I feel amazing: aches and pains gone, not out of breath when resting any more, no anaemia-related tiredness, blood pressure and sugar both normal, no cravings (that is HUGE for me), and the best part? I have already lost just over 9lbs!
Anyone else here Keto or Zero? Would be great to make some like-minded (and fed) friends hehe.
Hopefully, if funds allow, I'm joining a gym next week to get into strength/resistance training.

Zero carbs? So you are just eating just meat & fats....no dairy, no fruits, no veggies?
Low carb is great for a whoosh of water weight loss at the beginning. The 9 pounds isn't mainly fat (sorry).

Not for me thanks, I lose weight while eating all foods. It's always about calories. Lifestyle change is important for me (yo-yo here).0
