November 2016... 30 day Arm Challenge

I was specifically looking for an arm challenge for this next month. I need to work on getting rid of some flab along with gaining some strength. I couldn't find one here so I decide to see if anyone else would be interested in joining me in this one I found on Pinterest.

Welcome... This Challenge will start on Nov 1st... just join in, do the exercise and then log it on this page along with any thoughts you have, etc...

Awesome!!! These challenges are a great way for us to stay motivated! Starting Nov 1st do day 1 on the calendar above and then post that you've done it on this page along with any comments you might have... We can do this!
