Start Lifting- seeking guidance

Hi Fitness peeps-
I'm a regular cardio girl, I teach Zumba twice a week and run 3 miles a few times a week but need to add strength training and I'm not sure where to start. I would like to be able to do this at home, then eventually train at the gym. Any recommendations as to beginner training plans?
