How do I go ahead with it if it works? What are the ways to do so...

It doesn't work. The o my way to lose weight is to eat less calories than you burn. Your body cleanses itself.8

You just go ahead with it as usual. I personslly 'cleanse' my gut every morning. After that I weigh myself on the scale and I can say I weigh less than before 'cleansing'. So in that sense it does help.14

You can clean a lot of things, cars, kitchens, hair.
Your digestive system isn't one of them.
Well, your *kitten* is part of your digestive system so I suppose some cosmetic anal bleaching would count.6 -
I've had success with it in the past. I usually do a whole body cleanse either just before to kickstart things or during the first week or two. I once lost 7lbs from doing a cleanse. Just make sure it's at least 10 days to make sure it does a good job. There is also the use of apple cider vinegar. I know several people that have done this and they say it does reduce belly bloat. Read up on the many uses of apple cider vinegar.-1

What does than even mean? Are you talking about a laxative?2

Factual information for apple cider vinegar and weight loss? Nope, just lots of woo nonsense.
OP - cleanses are just a current fad. Someone selling something (products, magazine advertising, ect).....there is ZERO credible evidence for the "information" above.8 -
Yes, cleanses may make you lose a little weight, because you're pretty much cleaning out your stomach ... this isn't fat loss. It's losing weight the same way as going to the bathroom or taking off your shoes is losing weight. This is why people say not to trust the scale as much as trust measurements and how your clothes feel.3

If making yourself miserable for 10 days to lose a little bit of water weight is what you call "success", then maybe this is the approach for you.
There is no such thing as a "cleanse" for your body. This is a marketing term invented by supplement companies to make people buy their products, and it just kind of took off from there.9 -
Egg fasts? Are we talking about this from your other thread?
Egg fasts, juice fasts, water fasts, etc.. do nothing, nada... it causes you to lose water weight, and you are looking to lose 5-10 pounds of fat in one month for your wedding..

This is a good thread to read about cleanses and detoxes in general.
