What's your favorite exercise either regularly or seasonal exercise, or both?
For regular exercises, right now my favorite would be planks, but could possibly change in the future. For seasonal it would be jog/walking on the trails. And, today is the perfect day for that since it's cloudly, sprinkling and nice and cool out. So I will hit the trails with my dogs soon.

Dog walking for cardio
Squats and deadlifts in the gym2 -
I like walking my dog, but a nice trail walk that isn't too "hike-like" is very gratifying, too.1

Deadlifts and squats ( I miss lifting )1
-
Cycling followed closely by Olympic lifting2

I enjoy my treadmill and weights, but I play a team sport and that is the best exercise of all.1

Im unsure if that's sarcasm, a joke, or if you're serious cause riding a bike is exercise.1

Deadlifts and rows1

I like squats. For leisure I like to ride a bike. I don't think I ride it fast enough to be of much use for cardio.2

I don't know why exactly, but I absolutely love to bench press. Maybe it's because I had weak, girly arms before.3

Horseback riding and aikido are my main favorites. I also really enjoy hiking in the state parks, but rarely have time or energy. Most of my exercise comes with my job.2

HIIT workouts in winter, backpacking and hiking in summer1

Bench. Always bench. Deadlifts next. Squats come a distant third.3
-
Walking amd yoga. Both are simple and relaxing and can be done at any time of the year at any location.1
-
Rowing, on the water - those long, skinny boats like in the Olympics. Only mine goes slower. (Hey: I'm doin' OK. I'm old, and I started late!)2

Hey, there's nothing wrong with starting late. As long as you know your limits and are being safe about it, then I say that's great for you. It's better late then never. There was a little old man who was in his 70's in my yoga classes.
My yoga class was mainly a bunch of mid 20 year-olds and early 30 year-olds. He did just fine. He couldn't do every move as fast as other's, but he did some moves that not even most of the men in our classes could do.You'd be surprised what some people can do despite their age or looks.2
