I have just lost 46lb and am starting a keto low carb high fat diet to achieve high energy levels and reduce blood sugar fluctuations that result from eating carbs. Does anyone have any guidance for a keto diet beginner?

My advice would be to increase sodium up to 3000-5000 mg per day, or 1-2 teaspoons of salt. Water losses will lead to low electrolytes which will cause headaches, fatigue, nausea, brain fog, muscle aches and spasms. Keeping sodium high will minimize that.
