I have used MFP on and off for years. Lost about 50 lbs and have kept if off for the most part. I am motivated to make another big push and get below the weight I was when I graduated high school. I have bad knees and the doc says the weight must go.
I exercise 4 times a week using a HRM and don't post much detail about my workouts.
Eating healthy and tracking my intake is where my battle is won and lost. I am looking for friends I can be inspired by and learn from. I am will look at and share comments on others food diary's actively. I am into eating fairly naturally and shoot for non processed food for a majority of my diet.
