I'm so excited to be so very lose to finally be under 200 and 50 lost I can taste it. I can put down a 1 first instead of 200 whatever pounds. Its been 8 years since I could do that. Writing out my Nov goal I automatically started with a 2 and happily had to change it to 192, lol, a 1!!4 -
I'm in, need to get back to my normal routine.

I'm in. I need some focus and motivation (well refocus and rededication to making effort). Please be annoying if I disappear. This effort shall be accomplished by measuring and logging food and less time on my butt. I'm lousy at logging but even some effort will slow down the mindless munchies.

I'm not eating anything from a restaurant, period.
Reducing my caffeine intake to green tea drinks only.
No candy, cake, cookies. Except for MAYBE Thanksgiving... Big maybe.
And trying to fit in a gallon of water a day.
Any cardio I do will come from work except for days off where I will either dance for cardio or lift for strength training.1 -

I've decided to join a few other November challenges to keep me on track with my weekly loss this month - no night time snacking / abs, legs and glutes / arms / 24hr exercise log... And they're all checked off for day 1!
I really have to take control of my eating - non of my clothes fit properly.
For years I've been going to 'finally' shift the 20lbs sat around my belly n backside - mostly every Monday!
Today has to be the day!
I told my partner about signing up to this months challenges and he just laughed - he wasn't trying to be mean, he's just heared it all before.
I need to make a change - I want to make a change.3 -
