Count me in!!!!! Just started intermittent fasting so hoping for more than 10lbs really but we'll see.

I lost some weight using MFP, but gained half of it back
I want a difference in November
Current weight : 162lbs
By end of Nov : 152lbs (150 if I m lucky !)
I will start with lots of water and fruits3 -

If you are a weight floater you could always strive to maintain that or stay under for a month. Make sure it isnt a fluke1 -
